We regularly benchmark a selection of our wines against up to three comparable wines on the market. The Market Price is based on the price of those wines.
What do we mean by benchmark? We taste them blind against our own wines, or we use our market knowledge (over 40 years between us) to set an industry standard Market Price.

About this case
- As you know, every month we road-test hundreds of our wines to check on their quality and the fairness of our prices. It's a big task where we blind-taste everything against comparable wines from other retailers, and benchmark our Market Prices against them so you can see how much discount the Angel Price gives you.
