Our head office is nestled in the fine city of Norwich and we have a shared office space in the heart of London. We've worked hard to create an office environment that encourages our staff to have fun and be themselves. From a fully stocked bar and a wine-tasting room to collaborative working spaces, a pool table, and free breakfast and fresh fruit, we’ve designed our office to bring out the best in everyone.
We believe lunch deserves a proper break—so no eating at your desk! Take a few minutes to relax, recharge, and connect with your colleagues. Your wellbeing is a priority, which is why we have Wellbeing Champions, mindfulness resources like the Headspace app, and flexible working for everyone (not just parents). Because when our team is happy, our customers are too.

Every team member enjoys £450 in wine credits annually—because getting to know and love our product is part of the job. You’ll also complete a fun and easy wine crash course during your first month to help you hit the ground running.
Our winemakers regularly visit from around the globe, and you’ll get to meet them and sample their creations. Every summer, we hop on a nationwide bus tour with our winemakers, connecting with thousands of customers. It’s an adventure, and trust us—it’s a blast.

We believe that wine tastes better Naked - we directly support world-class, independent winemakers, for a fairer price all round. No tie-ins. No time-limits. That same transparency drives how we work. Everyone’s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are visible to the whole team, and we openly share progress and challenges.
We keep communication efficient with Slack, limiting internal email so you can focus on what really matters. Time is precious, so we’re serious about punctuality—being late to a meeting (without letting others know) is a no-go here. It’s all part of respecting each other and getting the most out of our time together.
Giving back is part of who we are.
Every year, our team chooses three charities to support, and each employee gets a paid day off to volunteer for these causes—or any cause they’re passionate about.
One initiative close to our hearts is the Carmen Stevens Foundation in South Africa. Thanks to the support of our team and customers, this charity has provided over 38 million meals to schoolkids in low income communities near Cape Town. These meals have improved school attendance, boosted grades, and offered kids a real shot at a brighter future. Together, we’ve raised over £2.6 million since 2015, and the impact continues to grow.
