Dinner last night was a big old pork chop with salad and lime dressing. Wine of choice was Simpsons of Servian Sauvignon Blanc 2022 which went rather well with the dish.

That looks like one of those large pork chops that you used to be able to buy from a family butchers that may have even come with a bit of *kidney, Paul.

*I expect that H&S or trade descriptions wouldn't allow this these days?

Pork chop tonight with salad drizzled with lime. The wine is a nice pairing. Dry. Crisp and refreshing. Light bodied. High acidity. Medium finish. Medium aroma intensity. Notes of pineapple, peach, apple, and lemon.

A nice, easy-drinking Sauvignon Blanc. Big acidity and a refreshing finish.

Hey Paul,

hows it going? That box looks promising. We´re about to bottle the new vintage for you and we´re super happy with it. Our 2021 Riesling S still is a great Riesling that start to mature. Drink it while it has some freshness ;)
