What a week!
We had an absolute blast on our 2024 Tasting Tour. And judging by the broad smiles, bubbly atmosphere, and happy sounds of people discovering their new favourite wine, you did too.

How do I buy tickets to one of your events?
You can buy tickets to our Tasting Tour events either through our website here or by calling our help team on 01603 281869.
How many tickets can I buy?
To keep things fair, you can buy a maximum of ten tickets through your account. First come, first served.
Will you send me a ticket?
We'll ping an e-ticket to the email address registered on your Angel account. Simply flash this email on your phone when you arrive, or if you prefer you can print off a paper copy of your ticket to bring along with you. If you can't find your ticket please check your spam folder or give us a call on 01603 281869
I've bought tickets, but now I can't make it. Can I get a refund?
If you're unable to attend the event (sob!) please contact us immediately on 01603 281869 or by emailing help@nakedwines.com. Please note that we will only be able to refund you if you cancel more than 48 hours before the event.
The event I want to go to is marked as sold out but I need another ticket for my friend!
If the tasting is marked as sold out, it's because we can't physically squeeze any more people in due to the capacity of the venue. Do get in touch with us on 01603 281869 or email help@nakedwines.com and we'll pop you on a waiting list.
Can you buy tickets on the door?
No, unfortunately we are unable to sell tickets to our events on the door. All tickets must be purchased in advance.
When should I arrive?
Each event has its start and end times listed - this is when the doors open and when we stop pouring. Join us at any time throughout the event. The timings for the event are also listed on your ticket.
Is there disabled access and seating at the venue?
We work hard to ensure that all our events are fully accessible, but please contact us on 01603 281869 or help@nakedwines.com for specific venue information. There is seating at all of our events. The amount may vary from venue to venue, but there will always be somewhere you can sit down and fill out your order form in comfort.
Can I bring someone under 18 to the event?
Book a babysitter... this is an adults only shindig. For obvious reasons. Due to licensing conditions we have a strict no admittance policy to anyone under 18 years old, including babes in arms and pushchairs. We may also ask for photo identification with proof of age.
What do I wear?
You can wear whatever you like to our events - as long as you feel comfortable. We would however, recommend wearing comfy footwear!
Do I need to know anything about wine?
Not at all! Our winemakers will be delighted to tell you all about the wines that you are trying. If you really don't know where to start, then just grab a member of Naked Wines staff (the ones wearing the snazzy blue aprons) who will be happy to give you some suggestions of which wines to try.
Will there be spittoons?
We provide plenty of spittoons at the event, but you are more than welcome to drink the samples - the choice is yours. It's wise to have a hearty meal before you come (or take advantage of the food stalls at the event!) and have the odd glass of water (provided on the tables) - you'll appreciate it the day after!
Can I order wine on the night?
You certainly can! When you arrive at the event you'll get a tasting booklet which includes your order form. At the end of the tasting simply hand your order form to one of our staff in the blue t-shirts. Even better, for every 12 bottles (excluding pre-orders) you order on the day, we'll knock the value of one ticket off, up to the number of tickets you've purchased on your account. i.e. the tasting is effectively free! And this is on top of your usual Angel discount. Orders placed at our events take a little bit longer than normal to be processed but your wines should be with you within a week. Top Tip: With over 100 wines to get your chops around, it's easy to forget which wines tickled your tastebuds - so we suggest scribbling notes in your booklet as you work your way around.
I'm bringing a friend along to the event - can they sign up to become Angels?
Absolutely! You're welcome to buy tickets for non-Angel friends to show them what it's like to get Naked! If they sign up to become an Angel at the tasting then we'll knock £40 off their first order - plus they'll get Angel prices.
Is there somewhere to put my coat/bag?
There's a free cloakroom at all of our events. For security reasons we'll need to check all bags... so it's best to bring a little one.
What happens if the tasting is cancelled or postponed?
If we have to cancel an event for one reason or another, we'll email you to let you know and refund the price of the tickets back on to your account. It can take a few days to process before you see the money back on your account. If we have to postpone, you will be given the option to keep hold of your ticket, or get a refund.

Note that tickets are limited in number and will be allocated on a first come / first serve basis. For every 12 bottles (excluding pre-orders) you order on the day, we'll knock the value of one ticket off, up to the number of tickets you've purchased on your account. i.e. the tasting is effectively free! And this is on top of your usual Angel discount. N.B. If you've gifted a ticket to a friend, it's up to you whether they get to claim the discount or you do! If you're new to Naked Wines and want to become an Angel on the day, we'll give you £40 off your first case plus the standard Angel discount. And if you want to buy additional cases, the above deal stands! Standard delivery charges and T&Cs apply to all orders, which can be found at www.nakedwines.co.uk/terms. We will store your order form securely for 2 months, just in case we need to double check anything. Then we'll pop it in the shredder. N.B. Due to licensing restrictions there is a strict no under-18's policy on the event and this includes babies and children in pushchairs, so please arrange a babysitter! Photographs & Videos: There's a possibility that we might capture you in the background of a photograph or video at the event. If you're concerned about your image being used on our website in the future, just let one of us know before the tasting! Event cancellation: If we have to cancel an event for one reason or another, we'll email you to let you know and refund the price of the tickets back on to your account. It can take a few days to process before you see the money back on your account. Unfortunately if we do have to cancel, we will not be able to reimburse for any personal expenses (hotels, train tickets etc.).
