Market Price
To show you the value you're getting as an Angel...
We regularly benchmark a selection of our wines against up to three comparable wines on the market. The Market Price is based on the price of those wines.
What do we mean by benchmark? We taste them blind against our own wines, or we use our market knowledge (over 40 years between us) to set an industry standard Market Price.
If you buy one of our wines and disagree with the Market Price, or it's not your cup of tea, we'll add a credit to your account. For more info, see our FAQS.

About the wine
This is something completely different... if you've got a taste for unique and exotic styles of wine, Yiannis' new orange wine could be right up your street
-
There’s a good chance you’ve never tasted anything like this before. Made from Greece’s native Moschofilero grape, famed for producing fragrant and refreshing white wines, the secret behind this one is in the post-crush routine. Instead of squeezing out all the juice and separating it from the leftover grapes, Yiannis uses an old-fashioned method where he allows the rose-coloured skins to sit and macerate with the wine, imparting extra texture, flavour and a distinct pink and peachy hue.
-
It’s not for everyone, but if you’re someone who likes discovering new and interesting wines, it could be a game-changer. Its beautiful floral aromas overwhelm the senses and when you take a sip, it’s so vibrant, with eclectic flavours of pink grapefruit and satsuma peel.
-
This is a wine to indulge your sense of adventure. So why not invite a few of your best mates round to share in the discovery and give your tastebuds a brand new experience? Just don’t be surprised if it blows a few minds…

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Yiannis Troupis
- You asked for hidden gems, so we went in search of something new for you. We are thrilled to introduce Yiannis, our first Greek winemaker.
- Yiannis Troupis' small family-run vineyard, situated 700m above sea level in the heart of the ancient Mantinia appellation, still does things the old way, lovingly tending the vines by hand.
- Their wines were always gobbled up locally, but Yiannis' dream was for people the world over to taste his wine. In fact he'd just bought a load of new winemaking kit when the Greek economy went over a cliff, taking his expansion plans with it. Time for Angel funding to get to work!
