About the wine
Adrian and Rebecca's special anniversary fizz was 10 years in the making
-
This super-special bottle of bubbly is a one-off wine the Santolins have been working on since the day they joined Naked. Every single year since the beginning, they saved a small parcel of their Chardonnay vintage which they've carefully woven together to create this incredibly rare sparkling wine just for Angels. To celebrate their 10th anniversary with a bang!
-
You can taste the love in every sip. It’s a classy fizz with lively citrus fruit flavours and a creamy, slightly nutty character, and a soft, crisp finish. Perfect for all your celebrations and festive occasions.
-
And one little magic detail - the constellation featured on the label is the exact one that shone in the sky the night Adrian and Rebecca first signed up with us all those years ago. So this wine was literally written in the stars.
- N.B. This wine is topless, meaning the winemaker has chosen to bottle it without the foil wrap around the top of the cork to save on waste.

Serving advice
Serve chilled at 8-10°C
Food match
Freshly shucked oysters come straight to mind, as does fresh seafood or a fruit platter, however if you want to try something a little crazy... this wine would also make a brilliant match to freshly fried chicken - think southern fried, buttermilk, super crunchy chicken. The crunch and oiliness from the chicken is tempered and refreshed by the crisp, effervescent palate of the wine.
Contains sulphites
Contains milk protein
Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Adrian and Rebecca Santolin
- 10 years ago the Santolins were at a crossroads, trying to cobble together a living making hand-crafted wines with 1 small tank, 1 barrel, and a few barrow-loads of fruit. A sensible couple would have quit and bought a house. But they had a dream. And they got Naked.
- Our Boy Meets Girl duo chose to make their home in the famous Yarra Valley. It’s tricky there for small, independent winemakers as mega corporations buy up the area’s top notch grapes. Angel funding meant Adrian and Rebecca could pay growers upfront and get their hands on the best fruit possible to make their deliciously moreish wines.
- Three kids, 12,000 followers and heaps of awards later, they’re still living that dream and hand-crafting some of the most delicious artisan wines down under. All thanks to you, and the power of Angel crowd-funding.
