This Prosecco is Alessandro's pride and joy
Being a big producer, Alessandro has access to some amazing parcels of grapes. This Prosecco is his pride and joy.
Crisp apples, soft pear and a bright citrus zing make it a stonking match with seafood. And at pretty much less than half the price of a bottle of traditional Champagne it's top value.
To give you an idea of how insanely good it is, we're looking around the office and we can see more empty bottles of it than modesty allows us to admit...

- Founded in 1928, sourcing grapes from a network of small local growers, with relationships going back over 80 years.
- Cousins Alessandro, Luca and Annalisa have taken a successful family company onto a whole new level.

A gentle fizz, clear golden hue, light and refreshing.
It’s also quite fruity, with clean notes of peach and apple showing through that base of lemon zest.
Quite lovely all round and for this kind of price.

Loved it, welcomed in the New Year with it last night. A year after the recommended drinking period but still beautiful. Nice and light with good flavour. 🙂
Light, retains fizz well for a Prosecco. Very little acidic after taste.
