Sherry is back in a big way and this Pedro Ximénez is stonking
- Angels have been crying out for more Sherry and we have got hold of an epic Pedro Ximénez.
- Overly ripe grapes are dried in the sun to get super concentrated before ageing in toasty barrels, tantalising your tastebuds with flavours of fig, raisin and plum with a lingering aftertaste of coffee and chocolate. Absolutely delicious.
- Pedro Ximénez is like liquid gold, full of sticky sweetness that feels like soft silk. Top tip, pour this over vanilla ice cream for a scintillating desert.

A cheeky small glass before bed. I bought it mainly for my missus, who loves PX, but I need to give this another go.
It's the only sherry I'll drink purely because it's sweet. Pronounced on the nose. Just a hint of alcohol burn in the throat. Raisin, caramel, plum, cherry, and chocolate. Full-bodied with a loooong finish. Delicious. Can't wait to give this a go with blue cheese.

Hey Paul,
hows it going? That box looks promising. We´re about to bottle the new vintage for you and we´re super happy with it. Our 2021 Riesling S still is a great Riesling that start to mature. Drink it while it has some freshness ;)

Very sweet
A rich fruity dessert wine…. like squashed sultanas
Fantastic ! Yes it is very sweet, but it compliments Christmas pudding perfectly.
Intensely sweet, as expected, like liquid raisins
Really far too sweet!!!! I know is a dessert wine, and appreciate that they are sweet in theor majority, but that is like drinking sugar.
Ok, not the best we have had, but have not been able to find the best one again, but certainly pretty good REVISED, tried again, very tasty and yes on par with the best we've had
Beautiful sherry. Christmas in a glass. This is a rich sweet sherry, tasting of figs and dates.
