About the wine
Marta hand-picks only her most pristine fruit for this elegant Ribera del Duero
- Marta Castrillo and her team are super passionate about their land and creating authentic wines like this that represent their ‘terruño’. Every vine is farmed organically and with as little human intervention as possible, allowing them to create unique wines full of character and natural goodness.
-
Marta takes special pride in this, her showcase Crianza. Only picture-perfect, plump Tempranillo grapes are chosen for the crush, carefully selected from her eco-friendly, old-vine vineyards.
-
The result is a super-elegant Ribera del Duero. Intense and dark ruby in colour, its enticing aromas of clove and black fruit are finely balanced with luscious figs and ripe plums. It’s all rounded out with a dash of spice from French oak barrels to make a classic and well structured wine.
