L'atzar Cava 2011
About the wine
A seriously classy Cava
- Finally, a Cava with serious finesse. This wine spent 18 months in the bottle to give it its beautifully fresh flavours of crunchy apples and biscuity notes.
- L'atzar is Spanish for 'random' - the perfect excuse to drink these bubbles on a random occasion (we're thinking next Monday lunchtime!)
- A super-chilled glass of this is amazing with Asian food... try salmon sashimi and veggie tempura.
