It is best to drink in the year it is bottled but can easily age for 2 to 3 years

Please don't overchill as this would somewhat ruin the delicate tastes of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. Observe the serving temperature
Food match
The wine shows best with all beautiful seafoods, i.e. scallops , oysters, crab cakes but also with mild oriental dishes. Ánd of course with goat cheeses !
