What do we mean by benchmark? We taste them blind against our own wines, or we use our market knowledge (over 40 years between us) to set an industry standard Market Price.

Serving advice
Open it as soon as you can 1 hour before is ideal. This wine is endeavoured with very soft tannins. You could also enjoy it in summer time served around 10ºC

Innoccuous, bit bland, not much depth, unobjectionable.
Really lovely wine, very easy to drink
Rich moorish with unusual aftertaste
Just my sort of wine. Glad I ordered 3 of these! Easy to drink on its own. Big and bold it is not - but then neither am I. Subtle and full of character... amazing price.
Lighter and more delicate than usual favourites, with a very smooth finish. Paired well with Coq au Vin. Could be nice slightly chilled on a hot day.

First time trying this wine and we are so inpressed. This could have a 1 in front of the price but glad it doesn’t. Super wine we are new fans 😁🍷
