About the wine
Stephen found some incredible Cabernet in the Sierra Foothills

Best before
An additional year of cellaring will reap great rewards. Better still I'd buy a case of it and try a bottle every now and then to check out its progress.
Serving advice
Please serve slightly cool and let it breathe for about 30 minutes. That is if you can wait that long.
Food match
My current fav is slow cooked flanken style beef ribs. I put them on the grill for about 3 hours, first covered and the uncovered for the last 30 minutes or so.
