Lately I've been experimenting with making pizza on the Weber. I got a pizza stone that sits right on the rack and makes it easy on and off for the pizza. It also helps with crust development. Once you've got the crust thing figured out, pizza is all about the topping. I prefer mine with little sauce but plenty of freshly grated cheese (go crazy) with anchovies. I know, I know. I love the salty savory flavors those little fish bring to the party.

Meet the winemaker - Stephen Millier
- Stephen is no stranger to a gold medal or two... but usually his prestigious employers are the only ones in the limelight.
- When Stephen offered to set aside some of his favourite wines and vineyards to make a special range with his name on the label just for Angels, we jumped at the opportunity.
- If you like underdogs, Stephen's your man. He will find the overlooked and under-appreciated and he will take precious care to make sure they grow into big, beautiful wines that deserve more attention.
