About the wine
Dom's Italian white blend nails the balance between crisp freshness and creamy complexity
- Following the success of my Terra Calda and Terra Forte, I wanted to make Angels a crisp and elegant white from 4 of my favourite native grapes in Puglia.
- Angel funding has given me the confidence to make a wine I am truly proud of, from one of my favourite regions in the world. This wine is fruity, floral and fab!
- Orange blossom on the nose with a peaches and cream palate, the floral fruitiness makes it a perfect match for Linguine alle Vongole. Bellissimo! I hope you love it as much as I do.

It could be a debatable point (in a good way!), but I think this particular wine may showcase Dom’s winemaking at its very best, harmonising four different grape varieties so skilfully.
Both floral aromatics and stone fruit flavour, with a slightly creamy texture, this is a very satisfying proposition. Taken out of the fridge beforehand and poured to allow a short time to warm and breathe in the glass, as expected it went down a treat.
