About the wine
Top drawer Cab from Washington state
- Sourced from four of the top vineyards in the Walla Walla Valley, where each and every grape was sorted by hand to make sure they were in mint condition to be included in this top draw Cab Sav.
- Get ready for deep, dark, classic Cabernet Sauvignon flavours galore, with black cherry, blackberry cassis and hints of licorice. Graceful on the finish with soft tannins, sweeter cherry flavours, cedar and a hint of spice.
- This is an entirely unique blend from a stunning vintage in Washington state. It really is a one-off, the likes of which we're unlikely to see again any time soon!

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Dave Harvey
- Dave has dedicated the last 30 years to crafting beautiful wines that push the boundaries, bringing that breezy Pacific freshness to old world favourites.
- As a trainee winemaker Dave was told 'It’s a Chardonnay/Merlot world out there' - if you thought this would faze Dave, you would be very wrong. He is now the proud creator of a series of top notch Syrahs, Sauvignon Blancs and Viogniers, complete with a clean sweep of dazzling awards.
- Dedicated to unearthing the best vineyards Washington has to offer, there isn't a grape in Dave's state that he has yet to leave untasted. After all, no one knows better than him that these vineyards are pure gold, and he's ready to start shouting about it with a little bit of help from his newly found Angels.

Smooth, robust and fruity. Great with roast beef!

Thoroughly enjoyed this Cab Sav, subtle but full of flavour! Everything I like in this varietal, but without the tannins or acidicity of others! So glad I bought six bottles and will enjoy every one of them - slowly! Updated review - I’m doing my best to keep my remaining three bottles to 2030 but had another last night. Still a super Cabernet Sauvignon - smooth yet great value! Right now will do my best to not touch the other couple for a few years!

This Cab Sav is better than his Columbia Valley version. Would buy again without hesitation.

Very very disappointed as we're my family guests who like me have been drinking red wine for years and years. Good colour and body but very bland tasting and nowhere near what I expected from a big Australian wine. I think I may have had a bottle previously many months ago
This one though was a big let down. Will be calling you for a refund which is a rare occursion for me. Regards Martin
