Food match
Pignoletto is a prime choice for fish courses, white meat and cheese. It's perfect as an aperitif wine, thanks to its fresh fruity taste. It marries perfectly with appetizers, particularly flakes of Parmigiano reggiano, chunks of Mortadella and cured meats. A little secret: Pignoletto was born to be paired with tortellini!
