About the wine

- Few grapes do it all when it comes to white wine, which explains why we were jumping for joy when Christian bagged us an exclusive parcel of grapes to make this Grecanico for our Angels. Grecanico combines crisp and zesty flavours with full fruitiness all whilst making it look easy.
- This is your perfect easy breezy sipper, full of juicy ripe white peaches, golden delicious apples and just a smidge of pineapple. One to enjoy all the way from Easter into the summer months - built to enjoy with a couple of mates as you laze your way through increasingly sun dappled weekends.

Meet the winemaker - Christian Patat
- There are legends, Naked legends, and then there’s Christian Patat. A man who turns everything he touches into liquid gold.
- In his day job as a consultant oenologist, Christian travels all over Italy helping lesser mortals make their wines taste amazing. That means he knows where all the best grapes hide out, and is in the box seat to snaffle them before anyone else can get their cheque book out.
- Having learnt his thang in Burgundy, Priorat and all over Italy, Christian knows exactly how to craft sensational wines, the proof of the pudding in his blockbuster Appassimento, nicknamed the ‘Naked Godfather of Big Reds’. It’s one of our most popular wines of all time and sells out every year!

I really liked this one… fresh and fruity, not too dry…just how I like it! But then I do love any wine by Christian Patat! Thank you dear Christian, again you did not disapoint! 😊
A crisp and refreshing Grecanico. Medium bodied. Medium straw in the glass. Medium intensity on the nose. Peach, apple, lemon, and pineapple notes. Medium high acidity. Medium finish.

Dry yet fruity. Loved it
Loved this. Quite delectable. Not light, but not heavy either. Enjoyed on its own as shame to spoil it with food. Peachy for definite with a hint of vanilla and a wee kick of apple at the end. Lovely bouquet.
