A genuine heart-felt thanks from Carmen to you...
- The idea for my 'Little Angel White' came about after the most amazing response from Naked Angels to help me feed over 3,000 disadvantaged school kids in Stellenbosch. I wanted to make a special wine to honour the Angels who have touched the lives of so many children.
- Armed with Angel funding I was able to get my hands on delicious, ethically produced fruit and give it the best treatment so you get the full expression of the vineyard.
- This deliciously sassy wine is a big warm, appreciative thank you, from the children and me. It's a beautiful fusion of heaps of yummy fruit including fresh limes, peaches and baked apple... I really hope you enjoy it!

This wine was made in a style that will show all the primary fruit in the first two years then will develop more complex secondary characteristics for future enjoyment.

Serve at 12-14°C.
Food match
A beautiful cheese-board that display some soft and salty cheese will be a very good companion to the Little Angel. This wine will also be a good match to oysters and beautifully prepared mussels.

Meet the winemaker - Carmen Stevens
- From humble roots, Carmen blazed a trail, to become head winemaker at a prestigious winery in South Africa. Her wines won medals by the truckload, yet she couldn’t even get a bank overdraft to start her own business.
- That was until Angel funding allowed her to finally fulfil her dream of setting up her own winery. Carmen has gone from strength to strength ever since, winning countless awards (including being voted your Winemaker of the Decade!)
- With your support, coupled with her sheer passion and determination, Carmen is helping to create a better future for thousands of hungry South African children thanks to Angel donations.
