What do we mean by benchmark? We taste them blind against our own wines, or we use our market knowledge (over 40 years between us) to set an industry standard Market Price.

- Fortify literally means 'to increase the effectiveness of, with additional ingredients.' We urge you to fortify your wine rack with a bottle (or two) of this delight, and try it with some smooth 'n' salty blue cheese.

- He's continuing his father's legacy and exclusively uses traditional ageing methods that have been in his family for generations, which separates him from the multitude of low-quality, high-volume producers.

Excellent lengthy aftertaste of rasins, and coffee biscuits. Not as sweet as off the shelf cream sherries which makes this sherry well above the pack.

Nice nutty taste enjoyable sherry.
Dark garnet coloured with medium sweetness, a full body, and medium acidity. Flavours of dried fruit such as raisins, and black currants, with bitter smokey notes, almonds, and a biscuity quality. Balanced and not too sweet with a rich flavour and complexity. Very pleasant.
I found this Sherry cloyingly sweet, not to my taste unfortunately and will stick with the drier options
A really good sherry, very traditional with clean flavours. Exceptional.
