About the wine
A unique, characterful and lively Albarino from Portugal's most historic wine region
- This Albarino from the historic northern Portuguese wine making region of Vinho Verde, pays homage to the landscape and the vines that created it with its elegant yet strong character.
- The grapes were picked entirely by hand and treated to a short stay in posh oak barrels, so you can rest assured that this wine has been well prepped for optimum complexity and flavour upon meeting the inside of a bottle.
- With fabulous freshness and acidity, you can expect a wine that will have you covered for every occasion. Light and bright enough to enjoy in the sunshine, whilst having all the structure, body and length you need to see you through the grizzlier weather.

Meet the winemaker - José Domingues
- Jose started his career as a winemaker at the tender age of 16. He knows the Vinho Verde region better than anybody else.
- Archangels discovered Jose in a blind tasting of Portuguese wines, and fell madly in love… his creations stood head and shoulders above the rest!
- Jose is a seriously passionate and dedicated chap - “I think what makes my wines special is actually the passion and detail that my whole team puts into the work we do... the care of the vineyard, the thoroughness with which we create each wine, so that each wine reveals its maximum potential and character”
