"The Lodi winegrowing region is considered the underdog and as such, endured slight regard from the wine media. Fortunately, all of my life I have rooted for the less favored opponent. I consider the Lodi appellation one of the newest, oldest wine growing regions in California. I am most interested in making wines that help better define and showcase the appellation."
