The Branscombe Vale Brewery celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2012 with the last 20 years seeing two expansions to keep up with demand. Now brewing 7200 pints every brew, the brewery continues to concentrate on converting West Country Barley and its own water into quality, easy drinking ales. Branscombe Vale Brewery does not supply the major supermarkets or the pub co's, rather choosing to support quality independent outlets in East Devon, West Dorset and West Somerset, with both its draught and bottled ales. Four regular ales are available on draught, with the best known of these, Branoc (3.8%), winning a coveted place on the Champion's Stilage at the great British Beer Festival 2012. Branscobe Vale Brewery's latest expansion In 2011 the brewery invested in its own bottling plant and now bottles five living beers. Look out for two new bottled beers, with the ever popular draught Beers Branoc (3.8%), and Summa That (5.0%) joining Drayman's (4.2%), Coopers (4.8%) and Brewers Preferred (6.0%) on the shelves of off licenses and farm shops near you.
