- Gavin and Annika first met in a brewpub in British Columbia and boy are we glad they did! Since then they've travelled the world together gathering inspiration for their astounding beers.
- Now made in the Scottish Borders, this beer first started life as a home brew in Annika's native New Zealand.
- Packed with South Island hops and bursting with citrus zing, this little gem is perfect with garlicky chicken.

- As a chef, Gavin was obsessed with brewing beers that were as delicious and complex as his food.
- Since they started brewing commercially in 2010 Tempest have been raking in the awards including Best IPA for Long White Cloud in the Scottish Beer Awards.
- Tempest are an experimental bunch - they've even made a beer with oysters which they shucked by hand.
