Tempest Brew Co. Effervescence
About the beer
Tantalisingly tart Brut IPA
This super trendy style is often known as the prosecco of the beer world. Brut IPA is a dry take on the style, and the polar opposite of the sweet and murky New England IPA.
Gavin and his team have added Rye malt for texture, and heavily dry-hopped with Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin for some delicious citrus high notes.
Enjoy this beer with delicate fish dishes or a zingy lemon tart.
