Crisp hops perfectly balance the biscuity maris otter to provide a thirst quenching ale with soft citrus( apricot and peach) flavours throughout. Corncrake is named after the rare and elusive bird which enjoys the natural habitats of Orkney. A donation from the sale of each bottle goes to support the RSPB's Corncrake conservation work in Scotland.
