- Part Chardonnay and part Pinot Noir, grown in the sun-soaked climbs of California, Wayne puts his grapes through the same process as Champagne. He then ages it on the yeast for 18 months to make sure he gets every last drop of mouth-wateringly good flavour into your wine.
