A session strength IPA brewed "Vermont" style. Traditional early hop additions are replaced with a series of big late hop additions. Resulting in a beer that's soft in mouth feel and rich in hop flavour and aroma. The first beer from the "Dealer's Choice IPA Project" that has become a regularly brewed part of the Brighton Bier portfolio.
