Using mostly Bacchus with just a splash of Pinot Noir (two grapes that LOVE the English climate), Kieron has produced a beautiful rosé with excellent colour, flavour, and bags of character. It’s super dry, fresh as a daisy, and the very hedgerow-y, elderflower character of the Bacchus really pulls it along. 

“It’s a beautiful pale pink colour. On the nose, raspberries, strawberries, a little bit of cantaloupe melon. The palate has more of the same really. It’s bone dry, and what it does have is lovely red apple texture, so you get that citrus, you get that melon, a little bit of red apple, bit of raspberry, bit of strawberry, it’s tasting beautifully.” Kieron, winemaker.
