When will my favourites be back in stock?

You may be struggling to find some of your usual go-to wines at the moment....
The good news is, we’ve got lots of new vintages on the way, but in the meantime, I’ve shared a few answers below to explain the whys, whats and whens.

In short, we’re waiting for lots of new Northern Hemisphere vintages to hit UK shores and our warehouse. We always have a slightly smaller range at this time of the year as we wait for the new vintages to arrive - but a very busy Christmas and start to the year has made it smaller than usual.
We’re also experiencing delays at port when the wines arrive. Our wine team has been working around the clock to keep the wine flowing - and are all over the paperwork and processes - but it’s taking longer than usual for the wines to get through customs clearance and on their way to the Naked warehouse.
The main thing is… there’s plenty of wine on the way, either on the water, or sitting in Tilbury port - so come a few weeks the shelves will be looking a lot healthier!
You can expect to see the range growing from Easter - and if you check out our pre-order page here, you’ll get an idea of what’s coming soon.
N.B. We replenish the shelves throughout the year - so don’t despair if your favourites don’t appear in the coming weeks!
In part… yes. We’re experiencing delays at port that we weren’t experiencing before the Brexit Transition. The wine team has done a sterling job at preparing us (and our winemakers) for the changes - but there are some things beyond our control.
On a positive, things seem to be speeding up a touch...
