- Ben harvests the grapes in the cool of the night from his family vineyards along New Zealand’s South Island, to lock in all the lovely grassy aromatics, the grapefruit, elderflower, peach and passionfruit. On the palate it’s just as fruity and zingy, and has a real energy. It’s just made for a summer’s day.
- Thanks to Angel funding, this wine has had the kitchen sink thrown at it, in terms of every little detail being attended to with care and love, just short of giving each individual grape a first and last name. You can literally taste all that extra TLC in every drop.
