Opened this last night and even on opening it you could tell it was going to be amazing. I spent a good while sniffing! Quite complex; musky, dark fruits, toffee/caramel and vanilla with a subtle hint of leather. In the mouth it’s velvety and full bodied with a lingering finish. More luscious dark fruit and vanilla with that savoury undercurrent. This is one of the few classier Naked Reds that I genuinely don’t think needs aging. The only thing that could improve it is food and someone to share the bottle with (although they may only get a thimble full)!
