"Bonjour Angels!
In a former life I was an Aerospace engineer, National Banque Lobbyist, and a consulting winemaker.
I've always made wine though, I came to take over the estate in 1996 when my father wanted to retire. In my life, continuing my family tradition has been the best gift ever.
My belief is - It is in the old pots that you make the best jam. This is the only product resisting to the actual entropy. A good wine takes the right terroir, and 3 years. My patience is rewarded by the emotion you communicate while enjoying my wines.
We work with Pinot and Chardonnay that have been specifically grafted for Burgundy. Farmed the right way, they are always perfect. We look for our wines to reflect the profile of their terroir.
Every day we learn something new here. But starting consulting in Oregon, I realized, I new nothing and that Burgundy terroir does the work for us! ;)
When we talked about Angel funding, it would not be for more comfort, nor for modern tools. It will be to share with you the privilège of acquiring beautiful vineyards, and make wine from them for you."
