Never Miss Out is a way for you to lay claim to wines you love. Every year when a new vintage of your chosen wine lands, we’ll set aside a case just for you.
We’ll email you a week or two before delivery with the details, giving you the chance to make changes or skip your order. If we don’t hear back, we’ll take payment and send your case as soon as it’s ready, so you can put your feet up and enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple before anyone else gets a sniff.

Market Price
To show you the value you're getting as an Angel...
We regularly benchmark a selection of our wines against up to three comparable wines on the market. The Market Price is based on the price of those wines.
What do we mean by benchmark? We taste them blind against our own wines, or we use our market knowledge (over 40 years between us) to set an industry standard Market Price.
If you buy one of our wines and disagree with the Market Price, or it's not your cup of tea, we'll add a credit to your account. For more info, see our FAQS.

About the wine
Super stylish, 100% Shiraz from our favourite red head
- I source the fruit for my Diamond Shiraz from the oldest vines I can get my hands on. They're nearly 40 years old and consistently produce concentrated flavours, good colour and a lovely fullness to the wines. I give it all the love and care in the world in the winery, fermenting each parcel of fruit separately before maturing in French and American oak barrels for 15 months.
- Shiraz is my all time favourite variety, and my Diamond range are the pick of the bunch.... so it goes without saying that I give my winemaking all to this wine to make sure it over delivers on flavour and richness - thank you Angels for giving me the freedom to make this for you!
- My Diamond Shiraz is rich with powerful aromas of dark berries, toasty oak and warming spices. The flavours are equally rich, with round and generous dark fruit, long complex oak characters and a delicious lingering finish.
Jen Pfeiffer, Winemaker
Best before
My Diamond Shiraz is a superb drink now, but will certainly delight if matured for ten years until 2030, if not more!!!
Serving advice
My Diamond Shiraz really does benefit from some time to breathe.
I recommend opening it (and decanting if possible) around 2 hours prior to serving.
My ideal serving temperature for this wine is 14-18°C.
Food match
I love my 2020 Diamond Shiraz with an egglplant moussaka, slowly baked to perfection.
It's also fabulous with eye fillet steak, rubbed with paprika, pepper and salt, and served with twice cooked chips and a side salad.
Contains sulphites
Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Jen Pfeiffer
- Back in 2012, during a trip to Oz, Sam Plunkett insisted we paid a visit to his friend ‘the girl with the superstar palate’. The bad news was she was busy judging at a wine show but we were patient and the second we finally got to meet Jen, we just knew it was meant to be.
- Energetic, passionate and oh-so talented, Jen grew up in a winemaking family and fell in love with the industry from a young age! She travelled widely, learning her craft at many of the great wineries in France and Portugal before returning to the family winery with a desire to really push the boundaries
- Our ‘Rock it like a Redhead’ star has won hundreds of medals and was also crowned your Winemaker of the Year in 2015 so it’s safe to say she was definitely worth the wait!
