F. Stephen Millier Angels Reserve Lodi Shiraz Magnum 2021
Market Price
To show you the value you're getting as an Angel...
We regularly benchmark a selection of our wines against up to three comparable wines on the market. The Market Price is based on the price of those wines.
What do we mean by benchmark? We taste them blind against our own wines, or we use our market knowledge (over 40 years between us) to set an industry standard Market Price.
If you buy one of our wines and disagree with the Market Price, or it's not your cup of tea, we'll add a credit to your account. For more info, see our FAQS.

About the wine
A super-sized 1.5L magnum of mega-delicious Lodi Shiraz from a certified Naked legend
- Stephen Millier is a true Naked institution. He's been named Naked Winemaker of the Year by Naked USA 3-times over and his crowd-pleasing Californian wines have earned cult status with UK Angels too. There’s no better way to introduce you than with a BIG bottle of his best stuff…
- Stephen makes most of his best-selling wines in Lodi, right next door to world-famous Napa Valley. Lodi wines are classically big, bold and fruity numbers, with lots of punchy aromas and jammy flavours. If you love proper decadent wines like Amarone or Aussie Shiraz, you’ll probably love Lodi too
- An elegant, classy Shiraz teeming with dark fruit flavours, it’s chock-full of juicy cherries, plums and berries, with a pinch of spicy black pepper and a lovely chocolatey, smoky warmth from the oak, like a big hug in a glass. It’s so delicious that over 11 vintages, it’s never fallen below a 90% buy-it-again rating.
Best before
This wine will really take to cellaring if you're so inclined but will taste equally delicious when drunk young
Serving advice
Shiraz has a reputation for sucking up all the oxygen in a room. I'm sure you know a few people who do the same. The best strategy when you run into this situation is to let them vent, get it all out, be patient and when you can share the good times. Was I talking about my Shiraz or your friends. Shouldn't you really treat them the same? Enjoy them both while you have them around.
Food match
I really enjoy my Shiraz with anything that involves sauces, brown or red... With braised meats or pasta. Plus some fresh breads and a cheese selection. Enjoy the good times with a friend or two.
Contains sulphites
Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Stephen Millier
- Stephen is no stranger to a gold medal or two... but usually his prestigious employers are the only ones in the limelight.
- When Stephen offered to set aside some of his favourite wines and vineyards to make a special range with his name on the label just for Angels, we jumped at the opportunity.
- If you like underdogs, Stephen's your man. He will find the overlooked and under-appreciated and he will take precious care to make sure they grow into big, beautiful wines that deserve more attention.
