This dangerously drinkable Cabernet is smoother than silk pyjamas

As this is springtime I plan to fire up the Weber and assemble a mixed grill of fingerling potatoes, fresh asparagus and a 3 finger bone in rib eye. This is Liz's favorite dinner and I enjoy making it for her. Of course we'll be enjoying a glass or two of my Angels Reserve Cabernet too.

Meet the winemaker - Stephen Millier
- Stephen is no stranger to a gold medal or two... but usually his prestigious employers are the only ones in the limelight.
- When Stephen offered to set aside some of his favourite wines and vineyards to make a special range with his name on the label just for Angels, we jumped at the opportunity.
- If you like underdogs, Stephen's your man. He will find the overlooked and under-appreciated and he will take precious care to make sure they grow into big, beautiful wines that deserve more attention.
