To show you the value you're getting as an Angel...
We regularly benchmark a selection of our wines against up to three comparable wines on the market. The Market Price is based on the price of those wines.
What do we mean by benchmark? We taste them blind against our own wines, or we use our market knowledge (over 40 years between us) to set an industry standard Market Price.
If you buy one of our wines and disagree with the Market Price, or it's not your cup of tea, we'll add a credit to your account. For more info, see our FAQS.

About the wine
Classy Riesling from a 6th Generation Winemaker
- Jean-Claude is totally in tune with his vineyards. He believes the unique combination of the soil, the air, the sun and the wind on his land all contribute to the flavours in his wines.
- His vineyard is exclusively handpicked and pressing is carried out by pneumatic press. The juice flows by gravity down in the cellar where the fermentation starts with native yiests in traditional oak vats. Wines are aged on their lees and for several months and filtered before bottling with a minimum amount of sulphites added at that stage to avoir premature oxidation
- This wine is slender, showing gentle peach fruit, restrained juiciness and wonderful clarity, with some rounded creaminess in the background. It's a mellow, light-bodied Riesling with a dry, velvety finish.
