About the wine
A true easy drinker with a good dosage of red juicy fruits
- The covid crisis has wreaked havoc on small wineries like Jerome's this summer. The closure of the bars and restaurants his winery once provided for has meant that his gorgeous wines have been left with no-one to drink them. With your help we’re making sure that struggling wineries get the help they need to survive and come out the other side of this Covid crisis.
- 'La Toupie' (or 'spinning top' to us), is so called because of Jerome's dedication to the balance of his wines. This is a wine that has it all - complex, with Southern French rusticity but also elegant and fresh.
- The hands-off winemaking means you may detect a slight spritz in this easy drinker with a good dosage of red fruits on the nose, soft tannins, and elegant length. There's some serious style crammed under this wines cork.

Meet the winemaker - Covid Support Fund
Among the (many) groups of people affected by your favourite restaurant or bar being closed are the small independent winemakers who supply them, and whose wine no longer has a home. It’s especially the small guys that have little-to-no hope of selling their wine any time soon...
With their markets in lockdown, orders have dried up completely. And with little government help available in lots of countries, many are in real danger of going bust.
We’re pledging to help the best of the independent winemakers who’ve been affected by this crisis. We’ve received over 200 applications so far. Some of the stories would be enough to bring you to tears. They have wine sitting in their winery, and this is their silver lining.
