We regularly benchmark a selection of our wines against up to three comparable wines on the market. The Market Price is based on the price of those wines.
What do we mean by benchmark? We taste them blind against our own wines, or we use our market knowledge (over 40 years between us) to set an industry standard Market Price.

About the wine
Rich and elegant Chablis from a leading Premier Cru
- My Premier Cru Mont de Milieu Chablis is from 30 year old, South-facing vineyards. The grapes are grown on limestone soils where we carefully prune the vines to ensure that the yields and terroir effect are optimised.
- Thanks to Naked Wines funding, we were able to buy the new oak barrels and gain access to the high quality grapes that I've used to create this wine for the Angels.
- This Chablis is a remarkable combination of refreshment and longevity, with delicate floral notes, a dense, round feel and exceptional minerality. It's a rich and powerful wine that is delicious now, however it will develop further in bottle for more than a decade if stored correctly.

Meet the winemaker - Sebastien Christophe
- We searched high and low for a Chablis producer we wanted to work with and it was not an easy task...
- So we were thrilled when we found Sebastien - he has created some marvellous Chablis and has a real passion for the history of the wine.
- We only went out to buy one of his wines... but they were so good we ended up with a bunch of beauties!
