About the wine
IWC medal-winning Chardonnay from super-talented Carmen
Carmen is an exceptional woman, seamlessly blending her know-how with the passion and flair most winemakers can only dream of.
She has crafted an exceptionally classy and crisp Chardonnay full of limes, ripe lemon and flinty minerality with a lick of posh oak, to add a mouthwatering vanilla toasty depth.
And it's not just Carmen's name on the label... she's lovingly named it Catoria, after her two daughters, Caitlin and Victoria.
