About the wine
Jen's fully-delicious Nebulo Blanc is as crisp and classy as they come
- For 20-odd years, Jen Buck (and husband Dider) have crafted top-quality wines in the tiny French village of Douzens. Then Covid hit, their buyers pulled out, and everything was up in the air. Thankfully we were able to save Jen’s business and bring her incredible wines, like this elegant and complex Nebulo Blanc, to the UK for the very first time.
- Made using a blend of Roussane and Grenache Gris, its fresh and fruity aromas of citrus, peach and pineapple draw you in for the first sip which transforms in the mouth into a wonderfully creamy apple pie of a wine, laced with honey and the subtlest hint of vanilla.
- To really enjoy this at its most delicious, pop to your local fishmonger for some salty and succulent oysters or a great big, flaky white fillet of cod. Then pour a refreshing glass and transport yourself to sunny seaside tranquility.

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Jennifer Buck
- 20 years ago, Jennifer moved from California to France to study and teach English. She met a Frenchman called Didier, fell in love, and decided to stick around.
- Jen's husband Didier was born and raised in Douzens, a tiny village in Corbières with a population of 800. He is the son of wine growers, like almost everyone else in the village.
- In 2009 they moved back to Didier's village, where they converted an old barn into a winery. Since then, they've been slowly growing their small family-run organic wine production.
