Scott Peterson Rumpus California Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
Market Price
To show you the value you're getting as an Angel...
We regularly benchmark a selection of our wines against up to three comparable wines on the market. The Market Price is based on the price of those wines.
What do we mean by benchmark? We taste them blind against our own wines, or we use our market knowledge (over 40 years between us) to set an industry standard Market Price.
If you buy one of our wines and disagree with the Market Price, or it's not your cup of tea, we'll add a credit to your account. For more info, see our FAQS.

About the wine
Scott's powerfully fruity, Angel-favorite Cabernet returns!
- This Cabernet is turned all the way up with lush dark flavors and a trademark rich, mouth-filling texture that’s made it an award-winning crowd-favorite for six stunning vintages.
- Scott combed thousands of acres of Lodi vineyards to find you the juiciest grapes with the most complex set of flavors - and by golly, he's done it. This is the Cab you'll drink every day of the week.
- Treat yourself to a generous glass of Scott's Cab paired with your winemaker’s personal favorites - a decked out pizza or hearty barbecue chicken - and watch the magic unfold.
Best before
This Cabernet is delicious now and will continue to age well over the next 3 years.
Serving advice

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Scott Peterson
- Scott was an integral part of the Kendall-Jackson winemaking team, defining California Chardonnay in the 90s. That Cali Chardonnay style known all over the world as unctuous, ripe, full-throttled.
- He loves working with Angel funding because you let him make the wines he wants to in the way he wants to make them. He's all about old school California and he doesn't want to make a new style of wine just because it's fashionable.
- If you like gloriously rich Californian wine that takes no prisoners, go and buy a bottle (or three) of Scott's wine. You will not regret it.
